The judges will be looking for strong performance against KPIs including yield per hectare and how this translates to the ultimate product (e.g. litres of milk per hectare). The winning manager will be committed to soil health and be able to demonstrate strategic choice of grassland varieties used. Fertiliser usage will be effective and minimised.
